What We Collect

From the online application form: full name, birth date, contact number, email address, complete address, position applied for, years of experience, driver's license number and expiry, additional notes, and the attached requirement documents (e.g. driver's license photo, police or NBI clearance, resume, 2×2 photo).
From the contact form: your name, email address, subject, and message.
Basic technical data: your IP address and submission timestamps are logged for security and anti-spam purposes.

How We Use Your Data

To process and evaluate your job application (recruitment and hiring).
To respond to inquiries and messages sent through our contact form.
To prevent abuse of our website (spam, fraudulent applications, or security incidents).

Our legal basis for processing is your consent when you submit a form, and the steps necessary to consider your application before entering into an employment relationship.

Retention

Applications and attached documents are kept for twelve (12) months from the date of submission, after which they are securely deleted. If you would like your data deleted sooner, contact us using the details below and we will remove it promptly.

Storage and Security

Application files are stored on our hosting server in a private directory that is not accessible through the web browser. Access is limited to authorized personnel only, and we apply reasonable organizational and technical safeguards to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

Your Rights

Under RA 10173, you have the right to:

Be informed of how your data is processed;
Access the personal data we hold about you;
Correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
Object to processing;
Request erasure or blocking of your data; and
File a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC).
